General info

• The mailing schedule is Monday-Saturday, within 1 to 3 days of order.
• All art is made and carefully packaged by me.
• 🎁 I am happy to include gift messages in your order! Include your message in quotations in “Add a note to your order”.
• Packages are sent by USPS. You will receive a tracking number for all domestic editioned fine-print orders, and all domestic orders over $20.
• Please allow up to 2 weeks for domestic delivery, and up to 6 weeks for international delivery.
• International orders that can be sent flat are relatively inexpensive and usually arrive within 3 weeks, untracked.
• 🇪🇺 EU, order from my Etsy site instead. I keep my Etsy site open (with very low international shipping) almost exclusively for my European friends.

Refunds and replacements

Although still infrequent, there have been increased missing deliveries and unreasonable delays since the USPS has been decommissioning mailing centers in Oregon. If your purchase is lost (or damaged with photo evidence), I will refund your order. In most cases you can opt for a replacement instead. If you prefer a replacement, please confirm your current mailing address.

I accept cancellations before the package is sent out – packages are most often sent the next day. If cancellation is made after the package has been sent, the buyer is responsible for returning the artwork to me. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Patch Care

• Patches are printed on pre-shrunk fabric and are ready to sew on.
• Like any printed fabric, all patches fade with washing. I recommend machine-washing on cold and hanging dry. Less frequent washes will have crisper results.

“Fine Print” Information

Fine print is a pun here – I’m talking about my fine art prints! Editioned prints are sent unframed in plastic protective sleeving, with quality cardstock backing. Although they are not professionally matted in an archival matter, prints can be framed right out of the package into standard sized frames.

For archival framing, I recommend your local framer. Editioned prints are made with archival paper and inks – they are heirloom quality.

Tattoo permission

I’m honored you are thinking about getting something I made tattooed. Please check with your tattoo artist about their comfort level beforehand. Please send me a photo of the finished result and consider purchasing something from my shop!
